Our favorite way to boil potatoes--the flavor is AMAZING!
This method keeps all the flavor for you and ensures it doesn’t get lost in the “bath water”!

Here’s what to do:
Wash and trim potatoes (we rarely peel them)
Place in kettle
Add enough water to cook the potatoes till tender all the way through but no extra! This might take a bit of experimentation.
Sprinkle on salt to taste
Cover with lid, bring to boil, and cook at a medium high setting.
Once the potatoes are done, remove the lid and boil any remaining water off—just don’t let them burn!
We enjoy these served with Sunflower Sour Cream!
